Treasure Your River
St Patrick's were chosen to take part in the 'Treasure your River' campaign that hopes to improve the litter situation in Cardiff Bay with a focus on the River Taff and River Ely.
Two inspirational and gifted artists, Michelle Reader and Sandie Sutton, worked with the children in a recycled art workshop.
Together they created an incredible natural world sculpture from household rubbish.
A huge thankyou to Michelle and Sandie for working with the children. They enjoyed it so much and will be able to use their new creative skills in the classroom.
Thankyou to all who kindly donated your household rubbish, it will all be reused or recycled!
The completed sculpture can now be seen in Cardiff Bay (next to Greggs).
