Children's Liturgy

Children's Liturgy club is on every Thursday lunchtime for 8 Year 1 and Year 2 children. 

In children's liturgy this month, the children from Year 1 and Year 2 have been reading and reflecting on the gospel readings from Ordinary Time. The first week we looked at the gospel reading Matthew 21:33-43. It was about a man who has real trouble with the people who are looking after his vineyard. After the gospel reading we reflected and we thought about how we could care for God's creation so that all people now and in the future can have their fair share. The second week we looked at the gospel reading Matthew 22:1-14. It was about a king who invites lost of different people to the wedding of his son. They have a big feast with lots of yummy food. This led us to reflect on what God invites us to do in our lives today.
